Quality Assurance
Electrical Oil Services Ltd has adopted quality management standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Adherence to this policy involves almost every aspect of the Company's activities and all of its employees (involvement). Procedures and performance are monitored internally (system approach to management) and audited by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance SA).
Such is the Company's commitment to Quality that, upon its formation in 1999, the establishment of a Quality Management System meeting the requirements of the latest issue of ISO 9001 was given the highest priority by the management team (leadership). The EOS Quality Management System was awarded its accreditation to this standard in December 2002. Click here to view certificate.
While the monitoring of performance and the management of the Quality Assurance System is the personal responsibility of the QA Manager (factual approach to decision making), the assurance of Quality is the responsibility of all personnel within the Company (process approach). The aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction (customer focus) by supplying products and services that meet the highest standards of performance, quality and reliability in the face of evolving customer demands (continuous improvement).
It is the policy of Electrical Oil Services Ltd that all of its suppliers and sub-contractors should also adopt quality management systems to ISO 9001:2000, thus ultimately benefiting not only EOS and our customers, but the suppliers and sub-contractors themselves (mutually beneficial supplier relationships).
